- We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access
- We do not guarantee that documents will be stored indefinitely

- The Service may be discontinued at any time without prior notice
You use BillThemToday entirely at your own risk. We recommend keeping your own copies of important documents.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillThemToday and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue or income
- Loss of data or documents
- Errors or inaccuracies in generated documents
- Failed or delayed email delivery
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Any other losses arising from use of the Service
BillThemToday is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of documents you create.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your documents
- Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Not create documents that impersonate others or misrepresent facts
- Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Not use automated tools to spam or abuse the Service
- Keep your account credentials secure

6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (invoices, client data, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

7. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. This will permanently remove all your data including documents, clients, and profile information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
8. Email Services
The Service allows you to send invoices and reminders to your clients via email. You are solely responsible for:
- Having permission to email the recipients you specify
- The accuracy of email content sent on your behalf
- Complying with applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
We do not guarantee email delivery. Emails may be delayed, filtered, or blocked by recipient mail servers.
9. AI Features
The Service includes optional AI-powered features (e.g., auto-fill line items). AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before including it in your documents.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
