How does document tracking work?
When you share a document via link, we track when your client opens it. You can see the exact time they viewed your invoice, quote, or estimate. This helps you know when to follow up.
What document types can I create?
BillThemToday supports four document types: Invoices, Receipts, Quotes, and Estimates. Each type has templates for 25+ industries including plumbing, construction, consulting, photography, and more.
Can I request deposits or set late fees?
Yes! Invoices, quotes, and estimates can include deposit requirements (percentage or fixed amount). Invoices also support late fee policies with customizable grace periods. These show up professionally on your documents.
Can I convert a quote to an invoice?
Absolutely! When you create a quote or estimate and your client approves it, click the "Convert to Invoice" button to instantly turn it into an invoice. All your line items, client info, and settings are preserved.
Do I need to create an account?
No! No account required. Your business information is saved locally in your browser. Just open the site and start creating documents immediately.
What about AI features?
