• Google Analytics — Website analytics (only loaded with your explicit cookie consent). Collects anonymous usage data to help us improve the Service.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI-powered invoice line item suggestions. Work descriptions you enter may be sent to Anthropic for processing. No personal data is stored by Anthropic.
• Vercel — Website hosting and deployment.

5. Document Sharing & View Tracking

When you share a document via link, anyone with that link can view it. We track when shared documents are viewed (view count and timestamp) so you know when your clients have seen your invoices. This helps you follow up on unpaid invoices.

View tracking data is only visible to the document owner (you).

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (to keep you logged in). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only activated after you give explicit consent via our cookie consent banner. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
